This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Manveera Life, operated under Chetan Kapadnis HUF.
By booking or purchasing any service through our website or payment platforms, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Manveera Life provides personalised and interpretative services including:
- Psychometric Assessments
- DMIT Analysis
- Career Counselling
- Stream Selection Guidance
- Personality Assessments
- HR Profiling
- Compatibility Assessments
- Consultation Services
These services involve time, analysis, interpretation, report preparation, and consultation effort. Therefore, refund eligibility is limited.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Manveera Life are generally:
- non-refundable
- non-transferable
Refunds will not be provided once:
- assessment processing has started
- survey/questionnaire responses are submitted
- fingerprint analysis has begun
- reports have been generated
- counselling or consultation sessions have been conducted
- interpretation work has commenced
3. Cancellation Before Processing
If a user wishes to cancel before any assessment processing or consultation work has started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Manveera Life.
Administrative or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Users may request rescheduling of appointments or counselling sessions by informing us preferably at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests are subject to:
- slot availability
- operational feasibility
Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments without prior notice may result in cancellation of the session without refund.
5. Non-Submission of Required Information
Certain services require:
- survey/questionnaire completion
- academic details
- fingerprint submission (for DMIT)
Delays caused by non-submission of required information from the client side shall not qualify for refunds.
6. Payment Errors
In case of duplicate payments or technical payment errors:
- users should contact us promptly with transaction details
- verified duplicate payments may be refunded after verification
Refund processing timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
7. Service Dissatisfaction
Assessment reports and counselling services involve professional interpretation and guidance.
Differences in personal expectations, opinions, or outcomes shall not qualify for refunds once services have been delivered.
8. Third-Party Payment Platforms
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Razorpay or banking partners.
Manveera Life is not responsible for:
- payment gateway downtime
- banking delays
- transaction failures caused by third parties
9. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations, refund requests may be evaluated solely at the discretion of Manveera Life.
The decision of Manveera Life regarding refunds shall be final.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
